We use WP SMTP Mail for sending emails, but there should not sent an email, when a user logs in.

This is the code of the CRED form for the user login:

[creduserform class='cred-user-form cred-keep-original']
<div class="form-group">
<label>Benutzername (Email-Adresse)</label>
[cred_field field='nickname' post='user' value='' urlparam='' class='form-control' output='bootstrap']
</div>

<div class="form-group">
<label>Passwort</label>
[cred_field field='user_pass' post='user' value='' urlparam='' class='form-control' output='bootstrap']
</div>
<div style="float: left, width: 100%; height: 20px"></div>

[cred_field field='form_submit' value='Absenden' urlparam='' class='btn btn-primary btn-lg' output='bootstrap']

[/creduserform]

Where's the mistake?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi Deorthe,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I suspect that you may have a CRED notification setup that has this in it.

Could you check on your CRED form to ensure that no notifications are setup for this ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

many thanks for your quickly reply.
There are no activated email notifications or others.

Unfortunately I need the SMTP plugin for sending emails, when a new user is registrated, otherwise WordPress will not send emails.
Or do you have any other ideas?

Thanks, Doerthe

Hi Deorthe,

Does this issue occur when you are using the default log in for wordpress at the link /wp-admin ?

Also could you provide me with admin access to the website so that I can investigate this further you.

Thanks,
Shane
