Every so often I want to re-structure a content template or archive.

Sometimes it's easier to delete the old one and start again.

But I find I am unable to re-use the name of the deleted content template or archive.

Is there a way around that?

Thanks.

Hi Alex,

Thank you for getting in touch.

When you delete the content template or Archive it is normally sent to the Trash tab on that page.

If you click on the trash option you should be able to permanently delete the content template or the archive.

Once you've permanently deleted them then you can try creating your template or archive under the same slug.

Thanks,
Shane
