[Geschlossen] Pages displaying blank

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

When I activate the views plugin something goes wrong with navigating the website. If it's a regular content page it shows only the navigation bar and the footer unless you refresh the page and then the content loads and if the page has a slider then it shows the navigation bar, the slider, and the footer unless you refresh the page... Right now I've deactivated the views plugin because this isn't acceptable... and, this plugin isn't accomplishing what I need it to do for this site.

I'm trying to build a custom post section as a gallery for different procedure types with photos and information about the procedure. Then have an archive page for each procedure taxonomy that shows a brief overview and a photo that then can be clicked into for full information very similar to how the blogroll works just with the custom post information. I have multiple support request out because of issues with the taxonomy archive. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

I apologize deeply the inconveniences you are facing due to this issue. I will try to help you as fast and effective as possible, so you can go on with your project.

Now let's separate the issues, so we can focus on one issue at a a time and fix this problem ASAP.

Let's solve the problem with the content not rendered when Views is active in this thread.

Please could you open news threads for the additional questions:

To see the issue and solve it, I must look at the page(s) when Views is active.
If this is not possible on your site (if this is a production site and you already have many visitors), I suggest you set up a staging site wo we can start there.

If this is not possible, I can request a Test Site for you, where you can upload your current content and replicate your site. Then we can troubleshoot there.

Here are the things I (or you, if you might find the time and can do this locally, on the live site or a test site) must test to exclude any issues and narrow down the problem's source:

1. Does the issue also persist with our Default Theme Toolset Starter and NO Plugins BUT the Toolset Plugins?

If not, could you then re-enable the Plugins one after the other, and check the issue each time you enable a plugin?

Please report me when the issue comes back

2. It might also be due to the Theme.
Please do reactivate your Theme only after you are sure the issue isn't coming form a 3rd Party Plugin.

3. Enable the WP Debug in the wp-config.php file and report any errors you might see on the screen once you activated it

4. I must know:

- How you integrated the View(s) in your pages.
(Views won't interfere with your content if you don't include the Views via a short code or PHP in the content)
- What exactly are your Views supposed to render
(you could use pastebin.com to provide me all the code inside your Views Loop Editor
- Is the content available that should be rendered and what is the content type (posts, custom posts, etc.)

If you allow me to troubleshoot on your live site, I would eventually also need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
- but preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible -
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site.
This is also a reason the backup is really important
✙ Please mention all the paths to the Views, Content types, Pages and front-end links where I can see the issue.
