Missing categories option for custom post type

This support ticket is created vor 8 Jahre. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to: edit/add a category for a custom post type post

I visited this URL:

I expected to see: categories select

Instead, I got: can't see the selection

It's resolved, I had to check the option "post types used with this taxonomy " after types was updated.
