Hi,

If I create a Multi Line custom field, am I able to limit the characters to like 100 or 200 or any number of my choice.

I would like to know at which place you want to limit the multiple line field characters. is it at admin side or frontend side using CRED forms?

If you were talking about limiting characters at front-section. It is possible by two ways.

1) Using CRED validation hook "cred_form_validate"

2) Using javascript/jQuery.

To control character limit at admin using Types is not possible.

Please try create a custom js for it, and use WP action hook "wp_enqueue_script" to load it in your admin side(back-end)
