Hello,

I have tried doing the suggested from this thread to get a star rating and reviews for my site:

I think I have followed the instructions, I have been over them over and over but still cannot seem to get it to work correctly.

The output is showing like the screenshot I have attached.

Dear Ethan,

I can see in your screenshot the the reviews_total shortcode is not replaced. This is probably because you missed adding the code to functions.php in your theme.

Make sure you enable WP_DEBUG to see any error messages that happen while you work on this:

Hi Caridad.. thank you so much for the response. Sorry for my delayed response... in response now, yes, I have placed the code into my functions.php file but the same result. I have not enabled wp_debug yet. I will read up on the guide you provided.
