[Geschlossen] Getting an errant P tag before

I have a view that generates an unwanted <p></p> before them template no matter what I do.

The attached shows the template as well as the generated HTML. You'll see that I have no white space at all, yet there is a <p> generated. For demonstration purposes I have an exclamation before <wpv-loop> to show that the <p> is coming from this view. Without the ! there still is an empty <p> tag. I have to get rid of that, it is wrecking my layout.

I do not appear to have this issue with another view.

I was able to reduce the blank lines inside the blank <p> by removing all whitespace from the Combined Output

Just to be clear there is also not whitespace introduced by the embedding page. The entirety of that page is this:
