Hi there

We've set up a custom post-type called Events at hidden link. When we try to filter by an event category (e.g. hidden link) we're seeing all events, not just the ones in that category.

We've set this up the same as on another of our sites, hidden link, where this is working, so we're not sure what the problem is. Could you please take a look?

Thanks.

Hello,

Thanks for the details, I can login into your website.

The URL you mentioned above is archive page of post type "Events", but you are using a normal post view in the archive page, that will conducts some unexpected result.

I suggest you follow our document to setup Views WordPress Archive in above page, and add custom search form and taxonomy filters in it, see document:
https://toolset.com/documentation/getting-started-with-toolset/customize-post-archives/designing-an-archive-without-any-page-builder/
