I am trying to: Activate the Plugin after I renamed it on an Error.

I migrated (using Duplicator) to a new domain resources.jobadder.com, initially, when I went to resources.jobadder.com/wp-admin I got the following strange error (see figure 1).

So i renamed CRED plugin folder, as changing any option in the image didn't work.

This allowed me to access admin, then I re-enabled the CRED plugin and this then the same happened... very strange.

I can send the duplicator files if you need them from the original migration.

Hi Stuart

From your debug info it looks like you have a mix of before and after, with Types 2.3 instead of Types 3.0 (which is required to be compatible with the other updated plugins such as Toolset Forms 2.0).

So before going any further could you be sure to have all of the latest versions installed at the same time?

If you then still see the relationship form on the plugins page, then, yes, send me a copy of your duplicator. You can add a dropbox link or similar here.

Interestingly the same config works on my dev site - all I've done is saved it and uploaded it to production (AWS).
I've not been asked to upgrade to Types version 3, however an update was made available for CRED ...so I must have just done it before i backed up?

Id say this has something to do with site authentication with Toolsets.com as I have registered the site, but when I go to update the plugin i dont have the option? (see t3.jpg)

I have also just checked out this doc, its asking about a commercial tab - this is non existent on this domain
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/

Ive checked an install Ive not updated in a while and this is what I get (see images commercial and versions)
(rindex.com - and I made a pre backup if needed for what I am about to do)

So now I have the "Commercial" option available - i update Types Version 2.3 - I now lose the "Commercial" tab option, and the option to update the rest of the plugins?

Im running WordPress version 4.9.5 (Toolset debug info below)

I am about to update to the latest WordPress version (4.9.6) and see what happens then.

Updated and still no access to upgrade the other plugins? Seems that options gone.

I've not tried manually updating them by ftp'ing... but i suspect that will work, albeit more hassle.

No options to update to Types ver 3?

#907713
update-no.jpg

Ive manually added Types version 3 - I now have the option to update the other plugins... but directly in the plugins section (not "commercial")
Its also not reflected in the Sites admin panel of Toolsets (see image - update-no)

#907728
regissue.jpg

After updating the other plugins I have the "Commercial" option again...
There was one error where i couldn't update one due to a valid registration issue - however as soon as i clicked on the "register toolset" option, i went to the commercial page

/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial&validate_repository=toolset#repository-toolset

and selected update and it updated fine.

Wowzers... this is a bit painful.

And now in the Toolset.com site area - all plugins are updated.

Ill have to do the others but ill wait until there is another option.

#908524

Hi, Nigel is out today so I'm checking in on his tickets. It looks like you were able to get the latest versions of the plugins working on this site. Then you mentioned "Ill have to do the others but ill wait until there is another option." Does this mean you have other sites to update, or other plugins to update? I wasn't clear if you needed additional assistance here.

#908540

Yea, I was hoping for an option to update automatically from Types 2.3 to Types 3 - but its greyed out
(sorry for the late night ramblings).

In Types 2.3 I get no options to update any Toolsets plugins using the "Commercial" tab - it doesn't exist.

- the problem in not isolated to one site, its the same on all sites I've looked at.
let me know if you need more, i tried to document it best i could above.

#909026

Okay yes, there was an issue in the Types installer that should be resolved in the next release. It will fix the automatic update process and allow Users to automatically update to Types 3.0. Sorry for the inconvenience. I do not have a timeline available for the next Types release, but I expect it will happen very soon.

#913004

Hi, can you update to Types 2.3.1 now? Does Types 2.3.1 allow you to automatically update to Types 3.0.1?

#913233

All fixed with the update.
