Toolset alone cannot handle recurring payments, You may would like to use WooCommerce Subscription but again that will have certain limitation as well.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Create a recurring yearly payment for a directory site. If the payment is completed by renewal date, the listing post does not expire, if the payment is not completed the listing expires.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

It's not so much resolved, but I now know I need to find another way to handle the recurring payments. Knowing is half the battle. Thank you!
