Confirmation on step in documentation "building my account page"

Trying to understand this step of your documentation. On the "Building the “My Account” page with a login form" under the section "Displaying a login form to visitors. Building a layout using a login form"
It says "navigate to new layout" I'm using divi builder, not layouts (if layouts just means your builder, as per what I understand) Where am I doing this action? On just a new page?

Issue is now resolved, however toolset documentation would be improved if this was clarified in it.
