Cannot remove debug information

I am trying to: Update WP and plugins.

I visited this URL: hidden link

I expected to see: A page without debug information and working image links.

Instead, I got: A page with debug information and working image links. hidden link

WP and plugins are all current. This is a WP multisite installation all sites were upgraded. Debugging is turned off. debug="false" is specified for all relevant shortcodes that are showing in the front end.

This issue appear to only manifest when I am logged in as admin. Still should not happen. What gives?

What you can try doing is to remove the debug attribute from the shortcode entirely.
